The RRT-Xtremist V2 employs highly advanced 5-axis CNC machining techniques to create true super deep I-beam profiles on the spokes. Unlike other competitors such as BBS or RAYS that utilize easier-to-machine cost saving C-channel profiles, the true I-beam profile shaves significantly more weight.

Furthermore, the true I-beam allows for control of both the depth and height of the channel feature, unlike other manufacturers that can control only the depth which dictates the height with the C-channel.

The RRT-Xtremist V2 goes all the way with its complex profiles to achieve efficient structures and more flexibility for a wider range of fitments that other wheel manufacturers cannot match. It therefore has easily the highest weight to strength ratio of any wheel in its class.

END SPOKE DEEP MACHINING ALL THE WAY TO THE BARREL EDGE

This unique feature benefits in the removal of unnecessary material, allowing for the reduction of rotational mass and subsequently reducing wheel inertial. As a result, the reponse on braking and acceleration is substantially improved. While this feature might seem commonsensical, it is not present in traditional wheels on the market due to the difficulty and high cost in implementing it. However the RRT-Xtremist V2 is not a wheel of compromise.

ADVANCED COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN TECHNIQUES

Using advanced computer simulations, we are able to create thousands of interations before the final form of the wheel is decided upon. Every wheel is Forged, Machine and Tested. The RRT-Xtremist V1 in itself took 1031 revisions to perfect. The RRT-Xtremist V2 is no exception. Although many wheels may look similar, the RRT-Xtremist V2 is the product of almost two thousand iterations and improvements. With the RRT-Xtremist V2, we push the boundaries with computer aided techniques to achieve world beating performance previously unseen in the market.

Assurance

Our wheels are custom designed and made to order for every specific brand and make of car. Before production, we will ensure that the fitment is perfect while clearing all popular big brake calipers. (To further verify compatibility, please contact your brake supplier). In some cases, center hub rings/conical lug nuts or lug bolts are required for proper installation. If you are going for a track setup or fitment, kindly contact us through email or whatsapp so we can advise you further to ensure best fitment to your ride.
